Mount A Wall To Concrete

Place the fixture over the concrete and line up the holes.
Mount a wall to concrete. Can be used in all types of walls but most commonly used in drywall. Ribbed anchor masonry concrete anchors. The hole in your fixture must be the same diameter of the anchor that you re bolting into the concrete. Drive nails through the bottom plate into the concrete two at a time every 10 to 12 inches with a powder actuated nail gun.
Using a hammer drill drill holes using the correct diameter carbide tipped masonry bit for the concrete screw diameter in use. Each anchor consists of an unthreaded pin set into a metal sleeve. Clear the hole of debris. Require a pilot hole.
Line up the hole that you drilled into the concrete with the hole in the fixture. Just a drill and a piece of wood will. For attaching something relatively light to concrete it s hard to beat the speed and ease of hammer set anchors. Position the mount in the exact position.
Secure the top plate to the joists above again two at a time wherever. Line up your fixture or whatever you want to attach to the concrete. Using a level determine the desired height of the display before attempting to install the wall mount.
